White asparagus and green asparagus “asparagus officinalis”
Since a long time ago it is present in all our celebrations in spain, its flavour, colour and texture are unique. Each season we produce by our selves the best selection of them in cans and jars. We eat them with streams of olive oil and vinager, mayonnaise sauce while the green ones in a mixed-up of eggs and peppers or bechamel sauce with cheese in the owen.
Green asparagus esparragos verdes
Smooths, ideally to eat with dishes ready to eat with a “serrano” jawn and cheese or maybe a soft bechamel. It results a delicious proposal for our commensals.
